Jason-Candid is an award-winning bartender who has developed an arsenal of skills in hospitality. His heart beats for food, drinks and people within hospitality, which has led him to expand his knowledge around nutrition and the impact of alcohol on one’s health. JC’s mission is to create a healthier and happier hospitality industry by raising awareness around health and wellbeing, with his organisation, Healthy Hospo.
Outside of work, Jay is a hobby photographer who loves to spend time in nature. He travels, captures moments and turns them into memories.
