What is consolidated shipping?

Rather than posting your samples directly to the competition in the UK, you can take advantage of our consolidated shipping service, offered in partnership with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. In this case, you deliver your samples to their depot in Cernay Les Reims.

Their expert team will check your paperwork and arrange onward shipping to the UK and customs clearance. Import taxes/duty are covered in the cost.

The whole process is smoother and more sustainable. It can also be cheaper.

How do I use the consolidated shipping option?

First of all, you need to have completed and paid for your entry into the competition.

If Consolidated Shipping is available for your geographical location, you will then be able to click on a link on the Entrants Dashboard to use the service.

How much does consolidated shipping cost?

The cost for Consolidated Shipping is €75 per ENTERED PRODUCT. So, if you are entering two separate drinks into the competition, for example, the shipping fee will be €150. This includes transport from France to the UK and all import taxes*.

Consolidated shipping - Paperwork

You need to fill in two copies of a Commercial Invoice to send with your samples (please follow the instructions here). Attach one securely to the OUTSIDE of the case in an envelope, and leave one INSIDE the box.

Where do I send my samples for Consolidated Delivery

Samples need to be delivered to the depot of our logistics partner by February 20th.

Address details for delivery of samples can be found in the Delivery Information Hub on the Entrants Dashboard. This information will only appear once you have purchased the Consolidated Delivery service.

Deadline

Your samples must arrive at our shipping partners’ depot by February 20th 2026.

Please allow plenty of time for delivery. If your drinks arrive late our shipping partners will not be able to include them and you will not be eligible for a refund.
